Giveaway Rules
Signup: Participants must register their email their email to ensure authenticity. Participants may signup using Facebook in lieu of this requirement. This registration is a one-time requirement and will not be required to reregister an email for future giveaways. Participants also must follow or provide social media accounts specified, only for verification purposes and are free to unfollow after a prize has been awarded.
By registering users agree to receive SenseClub’s newsletter and giveaway alerts. Participants are free to unsubscribe at any time with no penalty.
Additional Terms: Participants must adhere to any other miscellaneous terms specified in the individual giveaway announcement. Participants can increase their odds of winning by engaging with specified websites and social media accounts as specified in individual giveaways.
Giveaway Terms & Conditions
Eligibility: The giveaway is open exclusively to residents of the United States.
Winner Announcement: The winner will be announced on SenseClub’s official website, Instagram page, and/or Facebook page after winner claims their prize.
Random Selection: Winners will be chosen at random and will be notified via email.
Response Time: Winners must respond to the notification email within 48 hours to claim their prize. Failure to respond within this time frame will result in the selection of a new winner.
Prize Claim: To claim their winnings, the participant must complete a provided form, which includes providing their address and phone number for shipping information. Shipping will be covered by SenseClub or the giveaway sponsor. The form will be accessible through a link sent to the winner’s email via email
Entry limitation: Persons closely connected with the sponsor, or other companies involved in the sweepstakes, either by employment or family connections are not allowed to enter. These stipulations are put in place to avoid the appearance of bias or unfairness.
Image Usage: By entering, participants grant SenseClub permission to use any images of the entrant for promotional activities and winner announcements.
Compensation: Participants acknowledge that they are not entitled to any additional compensation beyond the giveaway prize.
Age Certification: Participants certify that they are at least 18 years old to claim the prize for themselves. Participants between the ages of 13 and 17 years old must verify parental consent to claim their prize to ensure security and privacy of the minor.
Multiple Entries: Participants agree not to submit multiple entries to increase their chances of winning. Any participant found to be submitting multiple entries will be disqualified from the current and future giveaways.
Product Usage: Participants agree to review all products for allergens and use the giveaway products or services only as directed by the manufacturer.
No Liability: Participants cannot hold SenseClub responsible for any subsequent or undisclosed medical reactions.
